Now the India’s Cheapest 4-Seater Electric Vehicle "The Blackstorm" model is MG Motors’ first electric vehicle to hit the market. The Blackstorm version of just ICE versions was previously introduced by the manufacturers.



Price of the MG Comet EV Blackstorm

The Blackstorm Edition of the MG Comet, the least expensive four-seater electric vehicle in the nation, has hit the market. This new variant costs Rs 7.80 lakh ex-showroom. In addition, the battery for this EV can be rented for Rs 2.50 per kilometer. This latest model of Comet EV is built on the best, most distinctive electric vehicle available for use in urban areas. This car has been designed with red highlights and a black motif throughout the exterior and interior.

Booking price for the MG Comet EV

The MG Comet EV can be reserved for INR 11,000 in advance. The cost of the Comet EV Blackstorm version without BaaS service has not been revealed by MG Motors. This vehicle’s standard Comet Exclusive model costs INR 7.50 lakh with BaaS service, and the battery for this model may also be rented for INR 2.50 per kilometer.




Range and Battery life of the MG Comet EV

The basic mod and this Blackstorm edition of the MG Comet EV have mechanical similarities. This vehicle gets a 17.3 kWh battery pack. This EV’s electric motor produces 110 Nm of torque and 42 horsepower. This MG Motors electric vehicle has a 230 km MIDC range. This is MG’s first electric vehicle, and it was released in the Blackstorm edition. In addition, all MG ICE-powered models have already been released in Blackstorm versions.

Comet EV’s features

Two 10.25-inch screens are featured in the Comet EV Blackstorm edition: one for the touchscreen infotainment system and one for the instrument cluster. Apple CarPlay and wifi Android Auto are features of this vehicle. Additionally, the automobile has connected car functions. For safety, this vehicle has two airbags and a rear parking camera.
